We have a brand new challenge at Time Out Challenges. For the next couple of weeks, it's CASE with your own twist. We're CASEing a card by one of my favorite cardmakers, the awesome Kim Makortoff of Art Keeps Me Sane. Joining the TO girls is guest designer Claire of Life on the Scrap Heap. Come play with us and be in the running to win a prize from our sponsor, Clearly Besotted.
Here's Kim's card:
I took my cue from the flowers, colors, and layout in Kim's card. My twist: I made mine a one layer card -- what else? ;o) I flipped the layout of the card and stamped the daisies in antique linen DI, masking as I went along. I watercolored the blooms and background with Koi watercolors. I grunged it up a little with some mixed media grunge stamps stamped in Memento Luxe navy. I finished the card by stamping the sentiment in Memento black ink.
Linking up my card to these fun challenges:

Thanks for stopping by! Smile :o) -- I did since I felt my baby kick a few times while writing this post. The little one sure is active, making his/her (we'll know the gender in 3 weeks) presence felt more and more as the days go by.
