Paper craft project no. 502: You are enough

Popping by with a card I made for the new challenge over at AAA CardsSTAMPlorations is sponsoring, and for the next two weeks the theme is stencil. It's a great challenge theme because there are many ARTplorations stencils in the store -- and there's a Spring/Easter flash sale going on too!

Displaying #88.jpg

To create my one layer card, I started by cutting a curve/wave on scrap and then masking 2/3 of my card base so that only the left side shows. I placed the Two Feathers stencil/mask and sponged yellow ink through it. Removed the mask and then stamped the flower and leaves (from Trendy Spring Blooms), as well as the sentiment from Noteworthy 2. Thought my stenciled border looked a bit boring so I took a black gel pen and added some dots here and there just to nicely tie it with the black from the flower outline and sentiment. Finished the card by rounding one corner.

I hope you'll join the AAA Cards design team and link up your  clean and simple cards based on the theme. The winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to the store and one randomly drawn winner will receive a pack of 3 ARTplorations stencils.

Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to smile :o)
