Hey there! Sharing a one layer card for the ARTplorations stencil blog hop we've got going on right now and there's flash stencil project linky party too! If you've got projects where you used stencils and you posted them within the last 2 months, link them up by May 31 and you could win some ARTplorations stencils :o)
Since Monday, the STAMPlorations girls have been sharing projects showcasing their creative use of ARTplorations stencils. You won't want to miss seeing their gorgeous cards! Hop along, as there are lots of prizes up for grabs: Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3. Commenting closes on Friday, May 29.
To create my graphic one layer card, I pulled a second print of the Blossom Factory stencil/mask off my Gelli plate. Then I placed the stencil/mask over the card base, sponged Distress inks (faded blue and antique linen), stamped the grunge newsprint stamp from Mixed Media Grunge, and traced around the stencil/mask with a black gel pen. I finished the the card by stamping the sentiment from Noteworthy. [Btw, the Blossom Factory stencil/mask will have a coordinating stamp set coming out pretty soon!]
Linking up my card to these fun challenges:
- Addicted to Stamps and More #146 - Anything Goes
- Fusion Challenge (I was inspired by the cascading flowers on the wedding cake)
- Inspiration Destination #35 - Anything Goes
- Simon Says Monday Anything Goes
- Through the Craft Room Door - Anything Goes
Thanks for stopping by! Don't forget to smile :o)
